Hard Drives are NOT included. Units are tested and in working order with various grade cosmetics typical of a used laptop. *Mixed Grades B-C-D. Products will have signs of use: scratches, dents, LCD pressure marks, sticker residue, shiny keys, etc. *Typically, the "mix" will be 50-60% B, 40-30% C, and <10% D.
