LinkedIn integration activation

  1. Log into the platform using your username / email address and password.
  2. Hover over your profile name in the menu located in the top right side of the page.
  3. Click “Social Media integration”.
  4. You will see the LinkedIn grey icon, Click the txt underneath “Click to activate”.
  5. You will be moved to LinkedIn login page, enter your login details for LinkedIn, and click to “Sign in”.
  6. Click “Allow” to allow our platform to integrate with your account.
  7. You will now be moved back to our platform, and our system will send an email to confirm the success of the integration.

 

LinkedIn integration successful?

  1. Our system will send an email to confirm the success of the integration.
  2. In “Social Media integration” You will see the LinkedIn grey icon, turned into blue, and the status below will show active.
  3. In send a broadcast page you will see the option to “Post to LinkedIn”.

 

Posting to LinkedIn

  1. Fill in your broadcast as you normally do.
  2. If you would the broadcast to be posted to your social media account, under “Outgoing settings”, click the social media platform you want to post the broadcast post to.
  3. In this case tick “Post to LinkedIn”.
  4. You may fill in your Post message, if you leave blank, our system will use your broadcast message for this purpose.

 

What will your post look like?

  1. Your post will include the image you uploaded if you uploaded any.
  2. Your post will include the post message you filled, if you left it blank, it will use the broadcast message.
  3. At the end of the message the system will append the following details (Your Full name – Your position in the company- company name-company country-your email address).

 

How to deactivate the link between LinkedIn?

  1. Log in to your LinkedIn account.
  2. Click your account menu “Me”.
  3. This will open a drop menu, click “Settings & Privacy”.
  4. Click the “Account” tab.
  5. In the left side pane, click “Partners and Services”.
  6. In the middle on the page, click “Change” in “Permitted Services”.
  7. Find the connection to our network and click “Remove”.
