Overview
In this page you will be able to view and change your account details, broadcast notifications, and notifications settings, any changes you make in this page will be on going until you change them again.

Log into the platform using your username / email address and password.

Hover over your profile name in the menu located in the top of the page.

Click “My Account”.
Account details tab
- In this tab you can view and change your account details except the username and email address, to apply any changes to these 2 fields you need to contact the platform admin.
- The platform will send broadcast notifications to the email address shown in this tab, we recommend creating a dedicated email ie [email protected]. Outlook recommendations.
- “Preferred Language” is the default display language linked to your account, if you choose English, not only you will view the platform in English, but also the chat translator will translate all your communication automatically into English irrespective of the language your chatting partner is typing.
- “Preferred Trading Currency” is the default currency to all your broadcasts you send and view in the platform, so if a member sent a broadcast in USD the system will convert this value to your preferred set currency automatically.
- “Time Zone” is important as it reflects in all communication and chats with other members, so if you are replying a broadcast, the platform will let you know the difference between you and the member you are sending to, so you have a clear idea if they may be in working hours or not.
Broadcast settings tab
Overview
In this tab you can set your ongoing incoming and outgoing broadcast settings, the options you set this tab will be on going until you change them again.
Incoming settings effect the broadcasts you wish to view when you log in to the online portal, and they are as follows:

“Account Types” pane includes the account types you would like to receive broadcasts from, for example if you are not interested in importing goods, untick exporter account type.

“Regions&Countries” pane enables you to select the location/s you prefer to receive broadcasts from, you may include or exclude a whole continent or a country.

“Broadcast Type” options are as follows:

“Want To Sell“if you select this option you will view and receive notifications of all broadcasts with equipment or services offered for sale.

“Want To Buy“if you select this option you will view and receive notifications of all broadcasts with equipment or services to be sourced.

“My Contact Lists” options as follows:

“Favourite List”, if you select this option only, you will receive broadcasts from a group of members (irrespective of their location or account type) you added to your “Favourite List” under “My Contact Lists“Sub-menu when you hover over your name in the top right side of the page after your login.

“Exclude List” this option enables you to receive broadcasts from a group of members (irrespective of their location or account type) you added to your “Exclude List” under “My Contact Lists “sub-menu when you hover over your name in the top right side of the page after your login.
Outgoing settings effect the broadcasts you wish to send and who will have the right to view and receive them, and they are as follows:

“Exclude List”, this option enables you to stop your broadcasts arriving to a group of members (irrespective of their location or account type) you added members to your “Exclude List” under “My Contact Lists “sub-menu when you hover over your name in the top right side of the page after your login. This option may be useful if you are buying equipment from a member, adding value to it and offering it for sale again, and you may not want this member to receive notification of the same equipment you purchased from him.
Remote broadcasting
This option enables you to set the email address you will use to send broadcasts remotely to the system without logging into the platform.
Notifications settings tab
Overview
In this tab you can view and edit, how you would like to receive the platform broadcast notifications.
Default settings Section

Select “None” if you do not want to receive any.

Select “Email” if you prefer to receive an email per broadcast when the broadcast is sent out.

Select “Digest” if you prefer to receive one email digest of all broadcasts per day.

Select “Want to sell” if you prefer to receive want to sell broadcast types.

Select “Want to buy” if you prefer to receive want to buy broadcast types.
To give maximum benefits and visibility we created not only comprehensive and detailed broadcast lists but also a filtering system to match.
So in the below table you can select any category or sub category you want to receive its nonfictions, so you may select to receive “ want to sell broadcasts “ for laptop memory , but “want to buy broadcasts “ for laptop hard drives, you may also select to receive your first preference in email fashion and the later in digest fashion, the system has been built to be very flexible to match your trading preferences.
