| Description | Attached is a Bid for (400+) USA based Lenovo Laptops & Tablets due Wednesday 12/23 at 5pm CST BID TERMS • Bids must be submitted in US Dollars by the date and time indicated. • Target prices listed are only intended as a reference of prior bid awards and are not a guarantee for award. As always, the high-bid will win! • You are welcome by bid by line item or by Lot. • All units should be considered as B Grade units (typical corporate lease return, modest signs of wear, minor scratches, no scratches visible on screen when screen is on). • Additional information on configurations is located at the bottom of the Bid Summary sheet, other details including serial numbers are available on the second tab “DETAIL”. Please use the BID SUMMARY tab for bidding. • All units include a 30 day our Depot (Texas) warranty. • All laptops and tablets come with AC adapters and will be bulk packed for palletized shipment. Any missing AC adapters will be credited $5. • Terms are prepay; payment must be received within 3 days of bid award. • Product is located in Tewksbury, Massachusetts USA – and will be palletized for dock pick-up within 3 days of receipt of payment. • You are welcome to ask the final bid award price when the bid is over, however we will not disclose the high bid while the bid is active. • We will only notify the winning bidder (and at our option, we may notify a back-up bidder in case the award winner is new to us. • Our trade references are available – our team has been in the industry since 1981.
