| Description | Attached is a Bid-by-Line item offering on (2400+) Smart Phones, (500+) Tablets and (75) Wearable Tech. Read all terms below before bidding. Bid Terms (Please read before submitting your Bid): • Product is represented as having a Good LCD (only) no other representation is made regarding the product’s function or condition – bid accordingly. • Bids are due by Thursday August 13th at 2pm CST. • Units come with no warranty and no accessories. A variance of 10% needs to be factored in, returns and credits must exceed 10% of the total. • You can bid on one or more line items, it calculates bid (each) times the total quantity. Lot bids will be considered (however they rarely are awarded). • If you want to bid on less than the line item quantity, please indicate that on the spreadsheet. • If you have a minimum total award quantity e.g. 200+, please indicate that on your bid. • FOB Shipping Location is California, buyer is responsible for all freight. • Prepayment is required and must be received within 3 days of award (scheduled for August 17th). • Product will be readied for pick-up within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
