| Description | Attached is a bid for (571) Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba & Other - Laptops/Chromebooks/Tablets - Due Tuesday 9-15 at 5pm CST – with Target Pricing Shown. All units have passed testing and are graded (units with deficiencies are marked); additional details including serial number are available on the Detail tab. Bid Terms (Please read closely before submitting your bid) 1. The Target Price indicated reflects past award pricing for similar items and are marked in red in cases where the target pricing provided was blended by grouping; but as always the high-bid(s) will win. 2. Line item bids are preferred but lot bids will also be considered. If you have a minimum award quantity (for shipment) please indicate that requirement in your bid submission. Otherwise VAR will assume that even small quantity awards are ok. 3. All units sold for $25 or more come with a 30 day warranty, all other units come with a 10 day allowance for audit. 4. Units are sold with no AC adapters. 5. Bid award(s) will be executed on Wednesday with communication only to the high bidders. 6. Prepayment is required (by wire or ACH), within three days of award. 7. Buyer is responsible for all freight and (including paperwork for export) from VAR’s facility in DeSoto, Texas. 8. Product will be ready for dock pick-up within three business days of receipt of payment. 9. Product will be bulk-packed, palletized, and marked to be compliant with international shipment of products with Lithium Ion batteries. Good luck on your bid. |
