If the phone has motherboard problem, then we will try to repair them. if it is beyond economic repair, then we will return the phone as it is. Motherboard repair cost is extra. 3. Transportation fee is the round-way charge to transport the product between HK office and our facility in mainland China. 4. We provide 3-month warranty for the completed product, and it is tested by diagnostic software NSYS and manual testing before shipping back to customer. 5. Customer is responsible for the shipping fee from your country to HK, and from HK to your country. We provide door-to-door services for shipping products from HK to your country. 6. Stock Swap(only available when we have in stock units): we can provide stock swap for your used phone Once we receive customer's stock, we will do a quick estimation for the refurbishing cost (including number of screen that need to be replaced etc). If customer agree for the charge, we will send out in stock units to customer. first. Afterwards, we will process customer's used phone. Once the refurbishing processing is completed, we will send the repair cost invoice to customer for payment. |
