Units are tested, and functional. Units may exhibit signs of wear, minor scratches, etc. AC adapters are NOT included. Hard Drives are NOT included. Units are tested and in working order with various grade cosmetics typical of a used laptop. *Mixed Grades B-C-D. Products will have signs of use: scratches, dents, LCD pressure marks, sticker residue, shiny keys, etc. *Typically, the "mix" will be 40-50% B, 30-40% C, and 10-15% D.
